Ohhh man. If I have any cash left after MTAC, I haaave to pick up the second volume.
I was very impressed with the delivery time; I ordered on Sunday evening and received it Wednesday morning (today). Since I live in England I initially thought that was a remarkably quick delivery from the US, but it turns out Lulu printed it locally. Even so, that was a good service. Seems like you picked a good publisher!
